A student of a Higher Education Institution with which the University of Silesia has a valid bilateral agreement within the framework of the Erasmus+ program may undertake a semester or year of study at the University of Silesia. The student must be nominated by his/her Home University for partial study at the University of Silesia.

 

Here are the steps to take:

1. Create your personal account in the IRK system.

2. Fill in all the required information.

3. Familiarize yourself with the study programme:

University of Silesia's study offer and contact list are available at: www.erasmus.us.edu.pl

4. If you have decided to apply for a room in our dormitories, select the appropriate option in the IRK system.

5. Print out your application form from the IRK system - it will be available only after all your data has been completed and approved by the system administrators.

6. Upload the application form signed and stamped by your home university to the IRK system.

 

The data from the IRK system will be used to prepare your student ID card, confirm your accommodation and provide you with other necessary information.

 

Application deadlines:

  • Fall semester: June 30
  • Summer semester: January 20 

 

Applications submitted after the deadline may be rejected.
