Admissions criteria
Based on an admission procedure, persons with a bachelor’s, engineer’s, master's degree or equivalent (i.e. recognised with a Polish diploma in the case of completion of studies abroad) obtained in a study programme of applied geology or related study programmes or a study programme in a discipline of earth and related environmental sciences or a field of engineering and technology in a discipline of environmental engineering, mining and energy shall be admitted to the study programme within the limit of places.
Admission criterion: admission for studies shall be determined by the place on the ranking list created based on the sum obtained from the final grade on the diploma and grade point average.
In the case of graduates of other study programmes than those mentioned above or graduates from other universities, if the analysis of the 1st cycle studies reveals differences in the study programme and/or learning outcomes, the student shall be obliged to do remedial (paid) classes within the deadline set by the Dean of the Faculty.
A study candidate is obliged to submit a relevant medical certificate confirming the lack of medical contraindications to take up studies in this degree programme.
