Making recruitment applications in the Online Application System (IRK), entering diploma grades, uploading scans of documents and paying admission fees

Admissions criteria

Students who have received a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree or equivalent in humanities and social sciences may apply for admission.

Admission criterion:

Admission for studies shall be determined by the place on the ranking list created based on the sum obtained from the final grade on the diploma and grade point average.Candidates who intend to apply for history with a teacher’s training programme shall be required to complete the 1st cycle with this study programme.

In the case of persons admitted for the 2nd cycle studies with a teacher training programme with a documented partial pedagogical preparation (in line with the ministerial guidelines for training in preparation for the teaching profession – cf. Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 25 July 2019, i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 890), a verification of this preparation (the modules passed, learning outcomes, ECTS points and the number of hours completed) shall be conducted to eliminate or complete the differences in curricula. These differences may result from a different acceptable order of implementation of teacher learning outcomes for a given study programme in other higher education institutions.
If a student has to p
articipate in compensatory activities, the student shall be obliged to pay a fee which shall be determined based on separate provisions.
